A group of senators from the Czech Republic is visiting the Republic of Moldova from 22 to 25 April 2024. The Czech delegation includes members of the Committee on EU Affairs and the Committee on Economy, Agriculture and Transport of the Czech Senate.
“The delegation will meet with the Speaker of Parliament, Igor Grosu. They will also hold talks with members of several standing committees of the Moldovan Parliament: the Committee on Economy, Budget and Finance; the Committee on Agriculture and Food Industry; the Committee on Public Administration and Regional Development; and the Committee on Foreign Policy and European Integration,” a Parliament press release states.
The agenda of the visit also includes a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov.
