Gov. Andrew Cuomo must be stopped, he has directed the cover-ups of thousands of sexual assaults, rapes and deaths of people with disabilities
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has directed wide-scale federal crimes of obstruction of justice, criminal conspiracy and Medicaid fraud
ALBANY, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, August 22, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Jonathan Carey Foundation has done extensive research and staggering numbers of documents obtained through Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) point to numerous federal crimes being ordered and committed by Governor Andrew Cuomo. Almost all sexual assault crimes, rapes and criminally negligent deaths within Cuomo’s mental health agencies, numbering in the thousands, are being covered-up. The cover-ups occur easily because Cuomo has ordered these crimes to be reported to his agency, instead of 911 call systems so local police cannot respond and arrest the criminals. Keeping the local police and county elected prosecutors out of the picture is obstruction of justice.
The New York Times through a massive investigative reporting series titled “Abused and Used” which was a runner up for a Pulitzer Prize exposed a corrupt mental health care system that Cuomo protected as the New York State Attorney General.

Instead of moving to stop the wide-scale state and federal crimes being committed that were allowing the severe harm and deaths of children and adults with disabilities, Cuomo who just became governor chose to work with and protect the parties and individuals committing the most heinous of crimes. Cuomo did nothing significant to stop or prevent the wide-scale criminal cover-ups and the massive Medicaid fraud.
The criminal conspiracy is when two or more conspire to commit crimes. Per the order and directive of Governor Andrew Cuomo and his administration these federal crimes entail the State working to protect the providers and staff from litigation, but also obviously from criminal prosecution. The root to these crimes is always about money, so here are the three main motives, simply follow the money. The main motive is to defraud the federal government by misusing and misappropriating billions in federal tax payer funds. Here is an example of a portion of the Medicaid fraud.

The second motive is to protect the State and private providers from multi-million dollar settlements because of their gross negligence causing the severe harm or deaths. Here are a couple examples.

The third motive is to ensure that most crimes against the disabled are never documented as crimes so that Cuomo can save massive amounts of money by not paying out crime victim benefits to the disabled victims or their families. Raping children and women with disabilities are crimes. Overmedicating or restraining a person to death is a criminally negligent homicide. Physically assaulting incompetent and physically disabled people are crimes. Governor Andrew Cuomo is making thousands of these crimes disappear and he is protecting countless sexual predators and pedophiles within his agencies.

Tragically, it has never been about protecting our most vulnerable for Governor Cuomo, but instead it has been about Cuomo protecting an extremely dangerous and deadly corrupt system likened to the mafia. It is Governor Cuomo and his top officials that must be investigated for numerous federal crimes being committed as well as the wide-scale discrimination in civil rights and human rights atrocities. Per Governor Andrew Cuomo’s directive most crimes committed against the disabled in Cuomo’s agencies have been purposefully kept from local police and criminal investigations, there is no way possible he can spin it otherwise. Governor Andrew Cuomo has treated the disabled as a sub-class of human being and has denied upwards of 1,000,000 New Yorkers with disabilities their 14th Amendment equal right to ‘equal protection of laws.’
On top of all the federal crimes being committed as we speak, how can we ignore the fact that Governor Andrew Cuomo is treating the disabled unequally, he is treating our most vulnerable no differently than people that denied African Americans unequal seating on a bus. With Governor Andrew Cuomo, this discrimination which continues now over five decades after Dr, Martin Luther King’s assassination surrounds denying our most vulnerable 911 emergency medical and police services and assistance so that he can ensure the criminal cover-ups. This is pure evil.
